Hey girlfriend - BRING ME SOME TONIGHT, will ya? This way I can try it before I go out and buy a box. Oh, and tell LIZ "Lei says thanks" ...lol, she likes me, she won't mind if you bring some to share with your blonde headed twin. See you for dinner - can't wait to finally get my Meh'ican craving taken care of!!! Love you - ME

I have to share one of my favorite winter hot beverages - Russian Tea - modified to be sugar free, of course. I usually buy the following ingredients in the powdered drink aisle in the canisters with the little plastic "pods" inside (ie. like Crystal Light). 1 "pod" sugar free lemonade (I use Crystal Light) 1 "pod" sugar free tea (orange tea or lemon tea is fine) 1 "pod" sugar free tang orange drink mix the three "pods" together and add a little cinnamon and cloves I keep this mixture in a small rubbermaid container and use it all winter. To brew: Take a little less than 1/2 a teaspoon (yes, it only takes very little) and mix it with water in a microwaveable mug. Microwave on high until it reaches the temperature you desire - about 1.5 - 2 minutes. Stir and enjoy! Note, the cinnamon and cloves don't fully dissolve, so you they will float, but they DO help the flavor and aroma! I keep one of these rubbermaid containers at work and my co-workers are always asking to borrow some because it smells so good. I hope you can get some enjoyment from this. And for those who said they can't use aspartame, just find the right "pods" using spenda - you'll get the same effect as long as it's equal parts lemon, orange, and tea.
