Constipation, Can't Go Without Laxatives

You guys have given me so many great ideas! I'm going to try a couple of the things mentioned. I'm going to check on the Activia yogurt from Dannon, I love yogurt, but usually it has too much sugar! It's so nice to hear that I am not alone. You all are the best, thanks again for all the responses!
