I recently came across a awesome website to help you keep track of all your foods you eat, it has a journal-space, tracking of foods, exercise, motivations, anything someone can think of. Go to www.sparkpeople.com. An it's FREE! Good luck. Wendy G

Hi Wendy, Another great site is www.fitday.com ! It does it all too and is free as well! I've used that off and on for about 4 yrs. now! I'll check out sparkpeople today! Thanks for the URL! Marie

I've used both, and they are both very useful. I like the little point system they have at Spark People, and the fact that they SHARE nutrition information between users. So if you go buy a product, and go to the trouble of inputting that info in, and then I buy the same product, the info is already available to ME because YOU already added it to the data base. Since so many of us DO eat the same things - especially protein shakes & supplements - that was a big plus for me. --BT

Hey Wendy ... I LOVE sparkpeople ... I subscribe to a lot of their newsletters, but I haven't started using the food tracker yet because I've been using fitday.com for the past 12 months, and I would need to move that info over in order to keep consistency for reports, and I look at that as a daunting task. I would actually prefer to use sparkpeople for food journaling, it will actually come up with your grocery list for the week for you! They've got some great newsletters ... and it is a very in-depth site ... I'm sure I haven't yet explored everything they have there! Karyn
