Plateau buster....
i wish i knew why the weight shifts but i guess that's probably normal for anyone. my former boss had the surgery 3+ years ago and she said that after the first year you'll see all kinds of changes in your body....whether you lose, gain, or maintain. which i have seen a difference in the boob area...they're coming up and they don't look like tube socks with an 8 ball in the end...that's what my husband said they looked like! !
LOL, that's funny! I've noticed mine aren't as bad anymore either, but I thought maybe it was just due to PMS, LOL! Maybe there is hope still! I consider having a breast lift/implants almost every day, but I hate surgery and don't really want to go thru another one. Who knows, maybe someday I'll get the nerve to do it!

No veggies on this plateau buster? Just wondering.
I came back here today after a long absence, and found just what I was looking for right away. So glad this was posted here today. I'm ready to start it!
Thanks for posting, and congrats on the success. I need to get some weight back off and needed this help today.

nope no fruits or veggies...it's hard for me to stay away from my bananas but i have noticed that i haven't had any low blood sugar episodes either since doing this diet. i'm going to continue with this plan it's been 10 days and i've lost 5 pounds and then it stopped but my clothes feel better and my belly isn't so bloated anymore from all the carbs. i do allow myself to "splurge" a little on saturday when i'm out with my mom but that's still not much. a taste of bread or a piece of chocolate. i hope it works for you.
Thank you Stephanie. This is really a lot like Atkins, which I did way before WLS, for about a month. It was best when the carbs were really low, as this would be, although Atkins does allow 3 cups of salad greens per day. I lost about 18 pounds in no time when I tried it. I got sidetracked when I started adding back the carbs. But boy, it's hard to give them up, isn't it?
Thanks, again, and continued best wishes.
