Hey there...here i am! I'll be lurking around during the day but i promised my hubby that i'd spend more time with him in the evenings instead of being on the OH boards all night. We had a very busy weekend and that's why i didn't post for a few days. hubby's sister got married on friday and we had stuff to do with that on friday and saturday then sunday was his great grandma's 99th bday party. i spent all day yesterday cleaning house and doing laundry to get caught up from the weekend. thanks for asking about me. i'll sneak on when i can but i'd love if someone else could take over the nightly post for awhile. then during the day i can check in and see how everyone else is doing.
i'm doing the plateau buster this week...started yesterday and did well with it. i just need to stick with it for the 10 days.

it's a 10 day diet designed to bust through a plateau and help get your weight coming off again. this is what the diet consists of....
#1 - Do this for 10 days
#2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day
#3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day
#4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day
beef
pork
chicken
turkey
lamb
fish
eggs
low fat cheese
cottage cheese
plain yogurt or artificially sweetened (?)
peanut butter
beans/legumes
**protein bars and shakes are ok to have also!
You may also have:
sugar free popsicles
tea or coffee
sugar free soda
sugar free jello
broths/bullion (sp?)
crystal light drinks
#5 - If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!!
#6 - Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily
