Saturday Check-In
Anyone out there?
Not a good food day here. Just not enough food. We got busy running errands so food wasn't a priority. Then I took a nap. Rough life, eh?
Pre-B: Protein shake made w/ IDS vanilla cinnamon protein, chilled coffee, half and half, sweet n' low
B: Oops never got around to breakfast
3 Russell Stover SF Coconut Candies (I was hungry and in the car and we had just bought 'em)
L: 3 jalapeno poppers, 2/3 a bowl of chili w/ cheese on top (Hard Times Cafe - Cincinnati style chili - very meaty)
S: 2 more Russell Stover candies! Stop that!
S: 1 slice provolone, protein shake made w/ Nectar lemon tea and water
D: Leftover Greek Stuffed Meatloaf w/ homemade tzaziki, leftover green beans, leftover sweet potato
S: Hopefully just a protein shake
Water: 16 oz. That's it. Had one mug of hot tea with vitamins. 20 oz of ice tea before lunch. Sad. Gotta get moving on this.
ok day here. did a little grazing but oh well, LOL!
B~1 egg omelet w/cheese and 3 slices of bacon
S~cottage cheese
S~banana w/pb
L/D~salad w/turkey, cheese, croutons, ranch
S~wheat thins and 2 mini chocolate donuts (OUCH!)
Still need to get in my fiber one tonite. Had 90oz of liquids so far. did 5mile WATP

Excellent food day! I'm so excited I've actually made it all day. I only have 35 minutes left of my day - I can do 35 minutes.

why did i stop posting....maybe because i felt that it wasnt doing anything or hated seeing what i was or wasnt doing, well what ever it was it has made me aware of the junk i was eating cause i dont eat the stuff i usually eat and when i got on the scale today i went down 6lbs...wow...can i say wow...
so now i think i need to go back to posting cause it was doing something for me..
b- small coffee, three bites of a egg, cheese and bacon burrito minus the flour torrtillia, cran-grape juice.
s-part of a applesauce
l-indian chicken with a spoon full of rice, i know i shouldnt eat the rice but it to got me, eggroll.
s-4 cookies
d-bite of shrimp and a few bites of spanish soup beans- dinner was cut short cause my husbands brother needed me to bring him some tennis balls for his lesson.
s- corn nuts
exercise-NONE- i hope that will change since i see that i lost a few pounds.
WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER, WATER...maybe if i keep saying it, it might stick in.
i have been so carefull about not drinking while i eat i just kinda stopped drinking all together, which i know has to be bad for me.
I think I need to get back into posting what i eat.... it sure helps to see it right in front of your face...
1/2 English muffin w/ hot ham n cheddar
Banana
Half a minced pork sandwich (minus bread) and three bites vanilla ice cream at the fair...
1/2 cup bean n burger stew
1 cup of Apple Jacks (grazed on these for a couple of hours) bad...bad..
And I had LOTS of water and hot tea
B - 1 scrambled egg & 1 whole wheat petite pita
L - 6 pieces of sushi
S - handful of almonds
D - about 4 - 6 ounces of steak, better than ½ c each of mac salad and a veggie medley
S - a bunch of sushi, some Town House crackers with a cream cheese, sour cream, ham dip thing going on, 1.5 liters of wine. It was our every other weekend blow out night....
On a better note, I hit the gym this morning a did an RPM class for the first time...Zowies... Then did 40 minutes on the treadmill and a flow class. I knew I had to get ready for the evening that I was going to blow all to pieces... LOLOL!!
Didn't get in nearly enough water and no vits.
Girl.... when is that meatloaf going to go away!!
