I still can't go to a gym. I have to work out at home. I'm really struggling with image right now. Due to past experience, I don't think I could mentally handle all the old garbage from attempts at getting fit. On the subject of being treated differently, I discussed this with my therapist. She posed the question, do people really treat you differently, or do you act differently? I think it's a combination of both. I know men almost always hold the door for me now, and not acting any certain way. Torrey (281/182/160)

Did you watch the Biggest Loser season premier last week? Bob (the trainer) was saying how he treats clients from the inside out - he tries to get in their heads to the real issues behind their overeating. I think if there's one thing to stress and one thing a trainer can focus on, that would be it. I think acknowledging the issues behind overeating would also help a trainer not "see" the fat, but a person struggling in general and help them be less judgemental. I'm sure you'll kick butt! Good luck!
