Hello - wake up call
I'm now 8 lbs up. Enough, enough, enough!
Today I'm going to turn things around.
I'm planning my food intake for the day ahead of time so I'm prepared.
Protien FIRST and dense is best.
NO carbs - maybe fruit but thats it.
I only need to get through today. Not going to worry about tomorrow until it gets here.
I only need to get through the day until noon. Not going to worry about the rest of the day until it gets here.
I will continue to check in and post in the daily checkin here - it really does help.

should be 264/145 but I never made it that far. I only made it to 156 so thats my goal now.
264/156 thats 8.5 lbs up. Gotta stop it here and now.
