thursday check in....
time to check in...i'm so glad my neighbor kept me busy most of the afternoon because today would be a binge eating stressed out kind of day! i'm soooo sick of drama! i did however get a new hair cut thanks to my lovely neighbor!! and FREE well kinda...i did her resume up really pretty for her so she did my hair in exchange..pretty cool!!

Pre-breakfast: 16 oz coffee w/splenda and non-dairy creamer
Breakfast: 4 oz. cottage cheese w/splenda
Snack: RDT Extreme Smoothie Chocolate Dream
Lunch: 4 oz. cottage cheese, handful of Sam's Nature Trail
Snack: 4 peanut butter crackers, AchievOne
Snack: AchievOne
More food: 3 nachos with cheese (we were at the baseball game)
Dinner: 2 pieces deli ham w/cream cheese
1 small sweet potato w/tsp. Smart Balance, Splenda and cinnamon

B - the chicken out of a Smart Ones sweet & sour chicken entree, 2 cups of coffee
S - 3 Triscuits
L - best part of a BBQ chicken breast and 1/2 c Brunswick stew, 1 large tea, 2 cups of coffee

D - several bites each beef tips/mushroom gravy, rice, black-eyed peas, broccoli, sliced tomato, 2 glasses of wine.

1 hour step class, 30 minute abs class, 15 minutes on the treadmill

huum, achiev with vitaims, spincah with parm cheese and spatz sauce on it, with two tiny stuffed grape leaves, new whey with vitamins, 1/2 russell stover protein bar, 6 ritz with cream cheese salmon spread, 6 sf shortbread cookies, 1/2 piece chicken, some cheesy cauliflower, 1 tsp mashed potatoes, some melon chunks, 2 slices swiss cheese.
Had a good day visiting my parents. Steph like the new pic, very pretty. Hope you re feeling more encouraged.
