Fluids in and vitamins, no exercise worked late then it was off to my daughters soccer practice, school open house and then finally home by 7 PM. Tomorrow will be a better day. I am stressed at work and am in the final weeks of getting my Masters and am jusy bombarded by all the things I need to do.
B - 2 -3 bites of a sausage and egg biscuit, 2 cups coffee
S - 3 Triscuits
L - 1/2 of a grilled chicken salad, 2 cups coffee
S - 3 Triscuits
D - about 4 oz grilled pork chop, 2 T rice, 2 T black-eyed peas, 1 slice of tomato, 2 glasses wine
Got in all my vits, about 50 oz water. Running on about 2 hours of sleep so no gym today.
