tuesday check in
i'm here a little earlier than normal but i know i'm gonna be watching all my shows tonight...woo hoo!! i'm so glad my shows are back on now! had a nice day today...hung out with my friend who's been having some personal issues so we kinda cheered each other up. unfortunately she took me out to lunch and i wasn't too good.

S-needed a low sugar fix so i had a slim fast snack bar in my purse...at that at walmart
L-2 squares of thin cheese pizza and a piece of a chicken wrap...we shared everything.
D-(will be) grilled buffalo chicken, asparagus, jello w/strawberries
S-maybe a protein bar or yogurt...who knows
i'm still so full right now no food sounds good. ad i didn't exercise much today either
i'm trying the plateau buster diet starting monday...wish me luck!!

Pre-B: Protein shake (made w/ chilled coffee, IDS vanilla cinnamon, splash of half and half and sweet 'n low)
Cup o' joe (w/ nondairy creamer, minimoos and sweet 'n low)
B: Deli buffalo chicken roll, 2 pieces American cheese, 1 oz dry roasted peanuts
L: Shrimp ****tail (shrimp, ****tail sauce, lime), 1 slice deli buffalo chicken roll
S: Protein shake
S2: 1 slice provolone
D: Boneless skinless chicken breast coated in parm cheese and spices baked, green beans w/ almonds and a dab of whipped butter on top
S: Protein shake and/or maybe a SF Blue Bunny Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Bar (but we'll see)
Water: 80 oz thus far, 2 mugs decaf tea
Vitamins: Need 2 doses of calcium yet
Exercise: Nope but will get back to the gym tomorrow a.m.!

L lightly breaded haddock(lunch at resturant) and spear of asparagus with some kind of very rich sauce. Passed on the sauce after a couple tastes.
S prezels(probably cup)
S 2 small mints
D I better have a protien shake and call it quits for the day. I won't though - I know I'll have to snack later - darn it. I'm so weak. I'ts not that i'm hungry, I think I just like to have food in my mouth?
As usual restarting tomorrow.

Really thinking about a mango cooler....gotta go check my calories for the day

Hey...I don't know whats in the mango cooler...I need to look it up on the internet. I'm sure its loaded with sugar and wine....but its a very rare treat. My calories were low today so I treated myself...I'll probably be up another 3 pounds tomorrow...sigh.
The weather here is beautiful...it rained a bit this evening...but otherwise...its great....
