I've screwed up royal in the name of being cheap
B - The last of that left over Japanese steakhouse shrimp dinner
S - 3 Triscuits
L - about 1/2 a grilled chicken breast, few tablespoons of baked squash and boiled potatoes
S - 3 Triscuits
D - A "country steak dinner" from a local chicken joint - 1 some kinda patty drenched in a brown fat-laden something that they call gravy, about 1/3 of a cup of instant mashed potatoes with that brown crap swimming on top, about 1/2 c of green beans, and an entire biscuit.
I laid in the living room floor for about 2 hours not ever wanting to see, hear, smell any kind of food for the rest of my days. Finally got into a hot bath that made me feel better, got into bed.... the phone rings. It's my mother saying she thinks she broke her thumb and wants me to take her to the emergency room. My mom does this several times a year, claiming broken bones, having a stroke, having a heart attack, just feeling funny, etc. So I spent until 3:00 am in the emergency room with what turned out to be a mild sprain.
With all that Japanese stuff and that "dinner" last night my WooHoo from last week went straight to PooPoo - I'm too embarrassed to say where the scale was at this morning..... I'm going to let it ride for the rest of the week, get all that sodium and white flour out of my system, before I let the freaking out begin.
I did get in all my water and vits. One hour weight lifting class, 15 minutes on the elliptical, and 35 minutes on the treadmill.
