No exercise. I had to wor****il 6 and then be at my local support group by 6:30. That was over at 7:30 but I didn't get to leave until 8:00 coming home because I got cornered in the parking lot answering questions. It has been a long day. Glad to finally be back at home. I left the house at 7 this morning. What a day!
John and I had a great weekend celebrating my birthday and our 15 yr anniversary. I ate so good while we were gone. My hubby always helps make sure I get what I need. I always do good when he is around. Bless his heart. If he could just be with me all day every day. He is great support. I know I am lucky.

Alexa, I don't know if I'd be able to hit the gym, a walking track, or even an exercise video tape after pulling a 12 hour shift. Do you have a family that you need to take care of or is your off time pretty much yours? Is there anything that you enjoy doing exercise wise or is there something that you think you'd like to try? Have you ever done Curves or a gym before?
