On the days that I'm ravenously hungry, I just try to make sure that everything I eat is protein. I'll eat alot on those days but I figure if it's mostly protein, I'm doing my body good.
If, later in the day, I've eaten several protein meals and I'm still HUNGRY with a vengeance, I find that a banana with peanut butter will break the cycle and fill me up and give my blood sugar the boost it must be craving. Then I can go hours longer before I'm hungry again.
