anyone ever figure out why some days you can eat a lot and other days you can barely eat anything? just curious?????? i'd be interested in hearing lots of opionins on this.........

I don't have any answers on this, but I've been curious about it too. Although I do have to say that even before wls I had days like this so maybe its just natural???? I'll be checking back to get everyone's take on this! Tracy B 328/150 5'9"

if i eat protien i fill up faster on meats cheeses than vegetables and fruits i think it must be the density of the protien but there are some days i can eat not as much pre-op but then thiers days i dont eat as much sigh the ponderings of life

FYI, there is a system problem with some folks surgery dates. It defaults to 12/31/1969.

Theresa... On the days that I'm ravenously hungry, I just try to make sure that everything I eat is protein. I'll eat alot on those days but I figure if it's mostly protein, I'm doing my body good. If, later in the day, I've eaten several protein meals and I'm still HUNGRY with a vengeance, I find that a banana with peanut butter will break the cycle and fill me up and give my blood sugar the boost it must be craving. Then I can go hours longer before I'm hungry again. Nancy
