I'm Struggling....
Here's a suggestion that seems to work with a lot of people. After your dinner (when you're not hungry), make up a lunch box with all the foods you can eat the following day. Then only eat stuff in that box, nothing else. Be sure to include high quality snack foods for those times you need a snack. Spread those meals out to 5 or 6 meals and you will probably find that you aren't as hungry and maybe you'll find yourself snacking less and less on those "comfort" foods. Also make sure that you spread your water out during the day and that should also help keep hunger at bay plus flush out your body.
