Depression Update

I called every psychiatrist on the list of my provider directory and finally found one that actually takes my insurance. It looks like I am not going to be able to see anyone until mod-October. You would think I was trying to get an audience with the Queen. So I don't know if I should try and take the meds I have that I don't like, or should I stick it out until U can get an appointment. I had a good day the day before yesterday, but yesterday and today I am in the pits. -=db=-

I'm sorry db~that stinks! If you don't like the med then I don't know if you should take it, but I understand your concern with having to wait sooooooo long. Can you make an appt with your PCP sooner? Just wondering b/c my PCP is the one that prescribed my depression meds? Good Luck and I hope you have a great day today! Tracy B
