Happy Thursday!
It's yet another gloomy, dreary day here in Michigan...but the kids are in school..thats a good good thing lol..How are you this morning Steph?
I do sleep..just not enough! lol
If you need with ideas for planning a menu or eating plan..let me know..I STILL do it..when I know i'm going to be busy.I plan my meals down to the snacks..that way..I know beforehand what i'll be eating and how much and how often..when I take thinking out the equation..and worrying..I stay perfectly on track..I let the menu think for me..
When I look at it and see that i'm eating every 2 hours..if I feel hungry..I know that there is no way it's a physical hunger..but head hunger..you know..when go from the cabinet toe the fridge..back to the cabinet..even I do that lol
But I know that i'll be eating again in less than 2 hours, so I go get some water or coffee and I go do something..
And the reason I mentioned cutting out some of those things..is that for me..food that is the least processed...fruits, veggies, nuts, cheese, meat, whole grains etc..those foods are not bad for us..thats why complex carbs are better for us..then tend to come from unprocessed foods..white carbs..which are in everything we LOVE to eat are tweaked and manipulated into hostess cupcakes and cookies and chips..
I'm not saying I dont eat chips..hell..I make my own! i'll get some whole grain pita bread or low carb tortillas..sprtiz em with pam..olive oil or butter flavor (NO calories OR fat is added) seaon and bake..and I make them into chips for hummus or veggie dip that is FF..or big sweet potatos..sliced paper thin..spread on parchment paper..spritz of olive oil and season and bake..of course you dont eat a ton..but I make a lot of things that I eat..cause I know what goes into it ! lol
But you know where to find me..i'm sitting here sipping my coffee with my dogs at my my feet..my big dog is trying to jame himself under my desk lol

good morning mariella!! i'm doing well! could you give me/us a sample of what a typical day of eating is for you? i'm just trying to get ideas. i guess i'm lost because of the time constraints on the eating/drinking thing. if i eat every 2 hours will i be able to get in all my fluids for the day? i have made my own pita chips before too and love them but i'm scared to try hummus...my sis eats it all the time but i haven't been brave enough to try it. what would you say is the best snack to eat before a workout? i have a lot of trouble with my blood sugar dropping while i'm exercising. can't seem to get past that.
i just got 2 new exercise videos in the mail today...a walk and kick video (has walking with intervals of kick boxing) and a yoga video. looking forward to trying them today.
i know what you mean about the dogs...my baby is always right here on top of me and now he's looking at me like "mom...can we go outside now?" i better get him out to potty. so if you don't mind giving me an idea of your daily meal "schedule" i'd love to see it as i'm sure a lot of others would too! thanks!!
