What is it about 3:00 in the afternoon? If I am going to lose it, that is when it happens. And others on here say the same thing all the time.
You have slung a sweet potato craving on me. I am going to have to get me some of those from Walmart. I love those prewrapped ones. They are so easy to do and taste good too.
Melissa
Melissa, I'm not sure but lately that's been my struggle time. I was really frustrated because it was normally happening after dinner and before bed. I'm working hard to avoid those temptations but it sure is hard.
Sorry I have you craving sweet potatoes, I go through cycles where one food stays on my menu for a few days, lol, bought 2 sweet potatoes and ate them 2 days in a row, now I want more, lol. Yes, the pre-wrapped ones are great, I like popping them in the microwave and not having to turn on the oven.
Guess I better run to Walmart today too
.
Dana

Had a good day untill a hubby business dinner at a great resturant in the evening.
B=tunafish
L=salmon
s/f pudding
D=scallops in sauce
tomatoe and mozzarella, 1/2 slice of bread
veal,potatoes in salty and heavy sauce...

Great meal but way to much food, and calories and fat in sauces and preperation of food. Prior to going set my mind to plain salad and broiled something, but got swept away in the moment, as we all do.
There musta been something in the air yesterday!

Hi Kathy, good to see you are being faithful to your protein shakes. I feel much better with them and know I NEED TO do them since my protein intake isn't all good, I've kinda burned out and need to something "different". Just got samples in but I sure haven't used them *sigh*.
Ok, I've confessed maybe this will kick my butt in gear.
Dana
Dana...I have another awesome protein shake for ya....this so die for..and I ain't kiddin. It was so thick I had to eat it with a spoon....I posted this on the main board too.
8 oz Lactaid or any fat free milk
2 Tablespoons strawberry SF Davinci syrup
1/2 scoop Matrix 5.0 vanilla protein
4 frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen mango pieces
I swear....I couldn't believe how good this was. I debated about making another one. I'm going to buy some frozen blueberries too and that. Pleeeeze get a Matrix 5.0 sample from Miss Dolly at BE.com if you haven't tried it. I'm blown away by it....cause this is the first one I've found in 4 years of trying that I can say has NO protein aftertaste.....
Hugs from the beach
Charlie
Thanks Charlie, I'm going to save this
. I have the Matrix 5.0 Chocolate and like it allot. I'm about ready to order some more AchievOne's (my favorite since they are so handy) and will order the Matrix Vanilla.
I'm usually not the vanilla type but I like the idea of doctoring them up (using it as a base).
Hugs,
Dana
