B- eggs with cheese and salsa S nectarine, string cheese and 4 saltines L-meatloaf and low carb tortilla S SF pudding cup S pumpkin bread 1 slice ( wanted the whole loaf, luckily it is at my sisters and I do not have access to more) D- leftover thin crust chicken garlic pizza( only ate top of pizza and some crust S- popcorn All my water, am out of vitamins, had one this am will get more tomorrow. Walked 4 miles on the trail in the hot sun, my nose and cheeks are red! I will wear sunscreen tomorrow. It was only 78 degrees.

Now Mary...always wear sunscreen! no matter what the day is like....just messing with you. oh lord...not pumpkin bread...i'm a sucker for any kind of bread. i'm glad for you that it's not at your place...i know how tempting it can be! you're doing great....have a great evening and day tomorrow!!

Here goes...its late..but whatever.... Breakfast coffee then 2 oz low fat cheese toast Snack tomatos Lunch EAS protein shake snack sf popsicle Achieve One Dinner 3/4 jerked chicken breast with fruit (plum, nectarine and peaches cooked in same pan as chicke...yummy) small dinner salad with 2 T blue cheese dressing Snack at poker decaf coffee Swam for 45 minutes today...straight....no resting...front crawl and backstroke. Whew Hugs from the beach Charlie triple chocolate Power Crunch Bar

B - scrambled egg on whole grain tortilla - ate about 1/2 of it L - Capt D's grilled fish and shrimp lunch, less the rice and roll S - 4 Triscuits D - 1 baked sweet potato, 2 grilled mini ears of corn, about 1/2 c of spaghetti (trying to clean out the fridge from the weekend) Exercise - I forgot my gym bag at home, so I went shopping instead. Does lightening my back account count? I'm out of vits, took my calcium. I'm really not too worried about the vits after listening to you guys about the liver stuff! Becky

Hi Stephanie, I just read your profile and was very inspired. I am scheduled September 25th 2006 (My husband's Birthday) for the roune y gastric bypass. I am so excited but a bit scared as well. I just wanted to let you know what a good job you've done and I hope I have all the sucess you have. You where very pretty at 350 pounds and look so good now. What does WATP mean? Also, thanks for putting what you eat on the site. It has given me good ideas for when I am able to eat solid foods after my surgery. Thanks again, Sarah

Hey Sarah...thanks for posting. you're very nice! WATP is walk away the pounds...leslie sansone videos. i love them so much!! please keep us posted on your progress...i love to follow along with people on their journey!!
