Great day, besides the chocolate but I'm ok w/it, just wish I would get rid of the chocolate craving I'm having. I need to get this crap out my house, I know the kids don't need it either.
Dana

miss dana...one piece of chocolate is not gonna kill ya. at least you stopped at one! that's my only way of getting past the cravings is to remove them from the house. hubby has chips to take for his lunches and i just don't even go in that cabinet! what's the sour apple shake you had that was so yuck? it wasn't that cinnamon apple one from charlie was it???
Ok, add the other 1/2 of the sweet potato to my food, I couldn't resist, now I'm stuffed.
No, Charlie's recipe was delicious, the sour apple was a Nectar Sample I bought. I keep trying something different but it doesn't look like I'll ever like the fruity flavors. I have the Wild Cherry sample too, I'll try that one tomorrow, wish me luck
.

Sweet potatoes are way better than white potatoes, very high in Vitamin A, good fiber, very high potassium.
I bake mine and add a little butter, some Splenda and cinnamon, I love them. They remind me of going to my grandma's house when I was young, she always had sweet potatoes.
I think you'll like it, give it a try. Walmart has them individually wrapped and you can microwave them for 7 minutes, very quick and easy.
