had a good day today...did lots of laundry, did a little ebay selling, and did my 10 miles of WATP. here's my day...
5 miles WATP
B-protein bar, banana w/pnut butter
s-peanut butter cracker before next workout
3 miles WATP
S-fruit smoothie
L-chicken tortilla rollup (low carb tortilla)
pear
2 miles WATP
D-creamy chicken enchiladas (low carb tortilla-maybe...probably just the filling though)
pudding snack pack
S-maybe a protein bar if needed....

Hey Steph! Sounds like you had a great day! I, on the other hand, had a lousy day! This is day 2 of eating anything I wanted to and I'm not sure why?!?!?! I can't even post it b/c its disgusting! BUT, I WILL get myself back on track tomorrow! I know, I know, I said that yesterday, but I am committed now. I haven't gained any ##'s, but I don't want to tempt the fates so to speak! Ahhhh, I hate when this happens!

hey...we've all been there before! i felt like i was hungry all day yesterday...i guess cuz i was bored but i just chewed gum and drank all day to keep myself from eating! watching the food network most of the day didn't help either. tomorrow is a new day! if you don't do better tomorrow, i'll kick your butt in gear then...how bout that!
