ok day today food wise but i didn't do crap today..cleaned house and laid around all day. B-protein bar, banana w/pnut butter (the usual) S-fruit smoothie L-tuna and an apple D-chicken pizza (low carb tortilla for crust)and pudding pack S-protein bar...if needed how'd everyone else do??

Did pretty good.... B: Yogart w/bananna L: Turkey with mashed taters...Oranges S: 3 ritz crackers with p/nutbutter D: Chilli.... It rained all day... SO after Church I was a bum....

i was a bum today too. i got up and cleaned house, then just vegged out all day. i cooked dinner though. i guess that's a good thing. my belly's still full though. i hate that feeling!

Woke up and had a decaf coffee w/vanilla cinnamon protein Breakfast: oatmeal w/vanilla very berry protein Lunch: 1/2 tortilla rollup w/turkey, cheese and lettuce, a little mayo Snack: 5 potato chips w/queso (I know not good), handful of peanuts Dinner: 1 boiled shrimp (my neighbor had them) 1 slice of bread w/chicken salad Snack:???? I'm feeling a little hungry right now so I'm sure I"ll do a snack in a bit, think I'll try the vanilla cinnamon protein with apple like Charlie had, sounds good to me . So overall not bad but I could of left the chips alone Dana

not a bad day at all miss dana! i was such a lazy bum this afternoon but i was just so exhausted for some reason. i crapped out early last night...like 9 and didn't get up til 7am and that's late for me. i slept like a log but felt like crap when i first woke up. i think my body was telling me to chill out today. i get so bored just sitting around all day. i'm home all week long and i'm always doing something but today i did nothing bu****ch tv...the food network most of the time. i'm so stuffed i just feel like i need to lay down. i ate my pizza and thought i could eat some of this pudding stuff i made a little while ago...nope my belly is too full now. i'm waiting to drink something to try and wash some of this through me or something! that drink charlie had did sound great but the only protein powder i have is berry and it's not good at all! but i love cinnamon apple anything!! yummy!!

Steph, we need those lay around days every once in a while (or at least I do). I didn't do much today either, played on the internet most of the day , went to get the boys hair cut at Walmart and visited with my neighbor. I'm drinking my protein shake right now. I didn't have any all spice or apple spice so I added a little extra cinnamon and splenda, OMG I found a new drink, it's fabulous. Such a treat!

My Sunday went something like this... B...slice of lo cal bread toasted with 2 oz low fat cheese S....tomatos L.....Matrix 5.0 protein shake made with 8 oz lactaid milk/1T peanut butter S....SF creamsickle Dinner....8 oz sirloin broiled/satueed onions and shrooms/half a dinner salad w/ginger dressing S....triple chocolate Power Crunch with decaf coffee Swam many many laps in the pool today about an hour....walked an hour on the beach just before dark..... Another in control day............ Hugs Charlie

B=1 protein powder drink L=1 yogurt 1 cheese stick half cup zucchini D=sole francese, spinich bread S= popcorn, shared w/ hubby at the movies s/f pudding Usually only eat broiled fish at resturants, I never eat popcorn, does not go down good, and very rarely eat a slice of any type of bread. Do I feel yucky. Well as we say tomorrow is a new day.

Well, I had a bad bad Sunday! I pretty much ate anything and everything that I wanted to. I rarely do this so not sure what brought on the eating binge! I'll get back on track today though!!!!!!!!!!! Tracy B

B - Most of a scrambled egg/slice of bacon/whole grain tortilla wrap D - about 1 cup of spaghetti Chased a 7, 4, 2, and 1 year old all weekend... Who needs a gym when you have all these kidlets! I love it. Becky
