saturday check in....

Pre-B: Cup o' joe (brownie toffee crunch coffee, no less), protein shake made w/ chilled coffee B: A few bites of the last piece of sugar free chocolate swirl cheesecake that Rich made last week - we shared! L: Food from the Wokery bar at Wegmans. Assortment of bites of chicken, pork and beef from some of the Asian food and a few green beans. Ended up with pretty strong pains afterwards in the car. Not good. Don't think it was dumping. Seemed more in the pouch. I didn't overeat. I've learned to take less too. Not sure what that was but it scared me a bit. S: Blue Bunny SF Peanut Butter Cup ice cream pop S: 1 piece American cheese, protein shake (Nectar lemon tea) D: Piece of Costco salmon, green beans w/ almonds and whipped butter on top Felt crappy after eating. Not sure what is up. Did I overeat? Water: 50 oz or so. (sigh) Will work on that. Vitamins: Check!. Exercise: Was going to go to the gym but feeling crappy ruined that. Today is another day...

Ahhh yesterday... B: Coffffeeee with sf french vanilla creamer..... need to see if I can learn to love vanilla protein in my coffee... last time I diid it the taste was tooo proteiny for me... so will try my taste buds again as they are always a channging... s: nada L trail mix s: 2 hazelnut pepperridge farm stick thingys.... bad but cures the sweet craving for 138 calories. D crab legs crab legs and more crab legs (chinese rest) S.... trail mix... as always low on green stuff (unless you count the pumpkin seeds in trail mix lots of liquids... didnt count but wayyyyyyyy up there. exercise was shopping and walking around a car show and looking for dh wedding band at the tennis court... didnt find it either.

Yesterday was pretty good, except I overdosed on pumpkin seeds... I was trying to find some "legal" to snack on... I guess my personality won't allow me to "snack" as I ended up grazing or overdosing.... Breakfast: egg/cheese Snack: achievone Lunch: chicken/lettuce/cheese/lite dressing Snack: achieveone Dinner: tuna/lettuce cheese/lite dressing Grazing all day on pumpkin seeds!! UGH!!! Today, I doing all liquids... we'll see how it goes....

I've had a really bad week. Darn it I had made it a whole week without those $#&* pretzels! I had a emotionally bad day and got all Pi**y. Thats all it took. I went right for the comfort food....again. *sigh* Monday is a new week - starting over and trying again. I need to loose 6 and want to loose 10 lbs.

B - 2 packs (yes, Two Packs) of peanut butter crackers L - about 1/2 of a grilled cheese sandwich D - I grilled steak, chicken, corn on the cob, baked some sweet potatoes, then I forgot to eat... all these kids! Musta ran 5 miles chasing all theses kids up and down stairs all day. Becky
