well not a great day but not a totally bad one either...shopped all day with mom and sis and then had to do mom's hair after all that! i'm pooped out!! B-protein bar, banana w/peanut butter L-chevy's taco salad...no shell!! but did have some chips...bad me!! D-having breakfast for dinner...french toast on low carb bread w/banana, peanut butter, and sf syrup...yummy!! S-protein bar later if needed. how'd everyone else do??

Today was a good day for me: B - south beach cereal bar MS - Iced Venti SF Hazlenut NF Latte L - 3 oz tuna on romaine with some ff ranch AS - protein bar D - homemade chicken pot-pie, a spoonful of mashed potatoes, romaine with ff ranch NS - sf qwick chocolate milk Didn't go out walking today but I've walked/jogged the last 7 days running and went out dancing last night so I'm good for exercise this week. I'm hoping to go out dancing tonight too just trying to find someone to go with!

Hey Steph, sounds like you had a busy day! I have been cleaning all day, fixing to watch Flight 93 with hubby... B~Nothing L~Hamburger Patty, lettuse, and few bites of potatoe D~Pork Chop, peas, bite of rice Dinner is sitting like a LEAD ballon, I eat this meal all the time but for some reason I am feeling aweful, like it's at my throat. Not a baaad day.... Breakfast Coffee then IDS vanilla cinnamon protein shake snack tomatos (plain with a little salt) Lunch Power Crunch bar no snack Dinner (this is where it gets a bit um...cloudy) 1 very small piece of sourdough bread (honest only one tiny piece) Perhaps the best salad I've EVER tasted mixed greens with blue cheese, walnuts, pimentos and capers with a balsamic (really really good) shrimp and tuna appetizer (3 shrimp and about 1 ounce of tuna) Snack at home IDS vanilla cinnamon protein shake made with skim milk and an apple in the bullet. So I'm done for the night.... Walked/ran for an hour on the beach today....YAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY ME. Hugs Charlie

Hi Charlie, I see you like the IDS vanilla cinnamon protein. It's one of my favorites also but I usually drink it in coffee, rarely any other way. But......the vanilla cinnamon w/skim milk and an apple sounds wonderful....I have the bullet think this might be a good one. Thanks for sharing this, I'm going to try it in the morning. Hugs, Dana

Dana....I didn't use a whole apple...just a half...I also added a bit of sf vanilla da vincis syrup and some allspice. I only added the allspice because I didn't have any apple pie spice...will get some tomorrow. It wasn't bad at all...that apply cinnimony taste......I put ice in it too to thicken it up a bit. I'm not crazy about it in coffee.....I don't like flavored coffee in the mornings...I just want my coffee plain....and in the evenings I like my hazelnut creme decaf....I tried the protien in it once and I didn't care for it...too thick for me, I like shakes thick, but not coffee...and it tasted funny. Plus, I sometimes won't drink it all...once it gets cold...it gets poured out. But an icy shake I'll finish. I'm just funny that way.... Hope you like it... Hugs Charlie

Hi Steph, I didn't log my food today and I can tell, not the best day, too many carbs. The weather was overcast today and drizzling allot, so I was in the house way to much. B - 2 peanut butter crackers L - 1/2 flour tortilla w/ham, cheese, and lettuce, a little mayo S - 2 peanut butter crackers, bite of choco chip cookie (I know, dang it) S - small apple w/cream cheese & light cool whip dip, handful peanuts D - green salad, 4 cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing and about 1 1/2 oz of grilled steak S - Protein Delite Chocolate Shake w/Carb Countdown Milk Yep, craving the ole chocolate here....hoping it's almost over *sigh*. B-eggs with cheese and ketchup S 100 cal kettlecorn L-grilled chicken and salad S 10 SF Joseph Cookies (100 cals for 12, only 10 left or I would of had 12) D-turkey, cheese mayo nustard S- chicken breast 4 miles on the trail, all my water, only half my vitamins. I have ahard time remembering them on the weekends.

Not too bad...Even attended a wedding and still did ok.... B: bananna with peanutbutter L: Salad with turkey and cheese S; Fruit ( at wedding) D: 2 bits of taco salad.... S: Protein Shake.....My pouch is still grouchy from the Popcorn....

Hi Steph, Good to be back with check-in, but so hard to get back on track. B=1 hard egg w/half tsp. mayo L=same D=a little of this and that at a fair on a beautiful day. NOT GOOD. Determined to be on track tomorrow. Linda
