Liver detox

Hey my friend....hows it going....alls well here on the beach. Yeah...this vitamin thing is really confusing. We all get so much information and not always good. I love my Doc...and trust him with my life. But I had to come off the prenatals. He was fine with that....he said he doesn't see many patients after the first couple of years...so he wasn't aware of any problems. He won't let me cut the cord...I have to go see him every few months. I have an appointment on Tuesday....long drive to Jacksonville. Oh well....I go because I'm self pay and if I have a problem...I want to have a 'connection' with him....LOL. No more pre natals for me......... Hugs Charlie

Hi Stephanie, How high were your liver levels. I just got my ALT test back and it is 74. I don't know if this is super high or mildly high. Any information would be helpful. Thank You, Vickie

From what i've read normal ALT levels are between 8-20 mine are well above 100. they are super high. but we've yet to find the culprit. i'm hoping charlie is right and it's the prenatals i've been taking
