Friday check in....
I had an ok day today...my sister came over today to hang out so we ate lunch out but other than that i did good. i got in 10 miles again today...that's 50 miles this week! go me!! tonight is movie night with hubby so i'll be back later or in the morning to see how all my OH friends did!!

D-grilled buffalo chicken salad or tuna haven't decided..nothing sounds good. maybe pudding
S-protein bar if needed...i'm having blood sugar issues again today!

here's that recipe i was saying i thought you'd like. i know you don't really do the tortillas but i use low carb wraps but it'd be good with your tortilla chips like the wing dip. i hope you try it and like it...i loved it! hubby said it needed more spice to it. he likes stuff hot though.
Chicken Tortilla Rollups
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened at room temperature
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 medium sized red pepper, finely chopped
5 green onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package 10 inch flour tortillas
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, chicken, cheddar cheese, red pepper, green onions, tomato, garlic powder, chili powder and salt. Spread 2 generous tablespoons of mixture evenly onto each tortilla, leaving approximately 1/2 inch from the outside edge of the tortilla without the filling. Roll up each tortilla tightly. Wrap in Saran wrap and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove Saran wrap and slice evenly into 1 inch pieces. Serve with sour cream and salsa.

NO WHITE CARBS
NO (almost) FRUIT
Less than 900 calories today.
