sorry it's so late guys..been really busy today. i had another good day today...10 miles again and kept the carbs as low as possible 5 miles WATP B-protein bar, banana w/peanut butter S-peanut butter bran cracker 3 miles WATP S-protein smoothie L-fiesta chicken wrap left from last night 2 miles WATP D-taco meat w/low carb tortilla, dried apricots, pudding S-maybe a protein bar how'd you all do??

Hello! I did all right so far, kind of! B-eggs with cheese and salsa S string cheese and watermelon L- quiche and few bites spinach S- SF cookies and popcorn ( did not eat any candy at the staff meeting) D- chicken breast steamed veggies S-Not sure maybe watermelon or SF jello No exercise, at work all day, had to do staff meeting, yuck!

Hey Steph, I haven't posted in a week, work has been really bad then hubby was home on his 7 days off work so I've been running around. Haven't done real bad for the post part but do need to step it up a bit. It's that time of the month and today was pretty bad, I did make good choices (except for the bite of cake a while ago) today but man did I graze allot. Let me see if I remember what I had: Breakfast: protien shake Snack: 2 oz cheddar cheese Lunch: Salad w/mixed greens, 1/2 roma tomato, shredded chicken, black pepper deli turkey and parm & roasted garlic dressing, couple bites of watermelon and cantelope Snack: Kashi bar, granola Snack: peanut butter crakers Dinner: green salad w/feta cheese & greek dressing Snack: couple bites of cake I'm going to push water tomorrow so I can hopefully avoid wanting to munch. I'll let you know tomorrow night how it goes, wish me luck (I feel like I need it tonight). Dana

good day for me and the scale moved in the right direction. b: eng muffin w/can bacon & cheese S nada L: pork chop D pork chop S handful of chips, raisins (wanted sumpin sweet) hmmm no veggies... gott fix that. Hugs Karen

B - 2 scrambled eggs/whole grain tortilla wrap L - about 1/3 to 1/2 of a large BBQ chicken breast, 1/4 c slaw, 1/4 c baked beans D - about 1 c of chicken & yellow rice casserole , 6 - 8 almonds, 2 glasses of wine 1 hour step class, 30 minute palates class Not enough water, too much coffee, but got in all my vits Becky
