How is everyone doing? Pre-B: Protein shake w/ coffee B: Cup o' joe, shredded chicken in tomatoes w/ cheddar cheese melted on top L: Shredded chicken in tomatoes w/ cheddar cheese melted on top (revisted) S: Protein shake, 2 slices provolone D: Tilapia pan sauteed in lemon and butter, broccoli in cheese sauce (me thinks) S: Protein shake, piece of sugar free chocolate swirl cheesecake Water: Working on 40 oz. 2 mugs of decaf tea. That's it. Not good so far. Vitamins: Got more calcium to do. Exercise: I'm out of my routine... argh!

well i didn't see your post and just did my post for the daily check in too...so i guess i'll put mine here as well... 5 miles WATP b-protein bar, banana w/peanut butter 3 miles WATP S-protein smoothie L-left over seafood scampi from last night, apple 2 miles WATP S-iced coffee D-santa fe chicken wrap (low carb tortilla) and asparagus, maybe pudding later S-protein bar (if needed)
