Looking for Oregon Plastic Surgeon

I live and work in the Eugene Hospital, but due to HIPPA and Privacy, I don't want a local MD to do it. I am looking for recommendations for in Oregon but outside of Eugene. I am also looking for someone who is good at working with insurance companies and writing the letters showing the need. Thanks Ginger

I understand your desire for privacy, but wonder if you've thought about how your life will be impacted if you use an out of town surgeon and then have complications? I've read of people using out of town or out of country surgeons, then having a problem that turned into life threatening situations because their doctor was unavailable due to the distance. We all like to think it's a matter of having the surgery followed by a quick recovery. Most of us are lucky to fall in that group, but others end up with major problems as a result of the surgery. Best of luck in making the right decision for you.

I understand the risks, but I had my WLS here and everyone ended up knowing everything about me. Just don't want to do that again, would rather drive the distance then deal with invasion of privacy.
