Normal (whatever that means) is my goal.
My attitude towards food is so far off from most of the people here that I wonder sometimes if I am crazy. I strive for a balanced diet that will nourish my body. . I eat my protien too and dont use powders, shakes etc, I eat complex carbs, and count fiber grams more than carb grams. (if I get in a load of fiber it makes me feel full longer) and feel I eat like a normal person. not a morbidly obese person, a normal healthy thin person.
It is nice to see someone else is living a normal life and feeling good. it feels good to be able to truely say I am healthy!
