Wednesday check in....
Well i had another good day today....pretty good on the carbs and did 10 miles of walking again.
5 miles WATP
b-protein bar, banana w/peanut butter
3 miles WATP
S-protein smoothie
L-left over seafood scampi from last night, apple
2 miles WATP
S-iced coffee
D-santa fe chicken wrap (low carb tortilla) and asparagus, maybe pudding later
S-protein bar (if needed)

D~Steak, spinach, serving spoon of mac and cheese
S~prob. diet hot chocolate
Didn't get my exercise-spent the day at Dr. and hosp. getting my preop's done for my TT.
By the way Steph (prob. a stupid question) but what is WATP?

yep...they are walking in your house but they are more than walking it's a really good cardio workout. check out leslie's website they have clips of the videos on there or on this other website.

Did okay today, not great, but I've done worse...
Pre B - achievone protein shake
B - 2 eggs, 1 slice of bacon
MS - cukes and carrots
L - 1/2 a wendy's cheeseburger
AS - ham, cheese and crackers
AS#2 (on school nights I do 2 snacks, late dinner) - Protein bar, sf nf iced latte
D - tuna and croutons on romaine
I went for my regular walk tonight (well regular again, since last week, I've been slacking) - about 1.3 miles... The cool thing is, tonight, I ran a little less than half of it, off and on. Can I tell you how good that felt? Can I tell you how out of SHAPE I am in?
Might have a small snack later this evening.
running....way to go! i was just telling hubby last night that i wish i could run...but i'm not so good at running and i'm clumsy and very self conscious about being in public doing any form of exercise. that's why i bought my eliptical, my bowflex, and i do walking videos all the time. but good for you on the running!! that's awesome...
