well today was a baddddd grazing day for me....went to a bbq and ate way to much and snacked to much on bad stuff....so here's my day...
5 miles WATP
B-protein bar, banana w/pnut butter
L-kinda mostly grazing all day-2 turkey hot dogs one on a bun...a little bit of salad,hashbrown casserole, some strawberries, sf low carb pumpkin cheesecake, a couple chips with salsa....i think that's it.
D-don't know and probably won't eat...
S-protein bar if needed
i hope you all had a better day than that!!
This past weekend is a blur... It was my daughter's birthday. I had a house full of giggling 13 year olds... pizza... chips... cake... they ate it and so did I. Today has just been a holdover... I'm not in control The pool reopens tomorrow... hallelujah! Will soon be back on my exercise regime then. Hopefully, Tuesday will be better.

B 3/4 biscuit with sf jelly

L grilled meatloaf left from last night; nothing with it
S 1 sf oatmeal cream pie, licked the cake batter bowl from the sf cake I was making
D 1/4 hamb patty, 1/2 grilled ckn tender, 2 tbs potato salad, 2 tbs baked beans, 3 steamed broccoli florets, and one bite of a rib
S 1 pc sf caramel apple cake

L- ham cheese melt on a low carb wrap
S-Protein chips
D- chicken, salad, few bites of a SF dessert I made, it looked much better than it tasted, and then of course the nausea kicked in. It was a key lime mousse pie I made, it has milk in it is the only thing I can think of that made me so nauseus.

All my vitamins, I need a little more fluid and will call it a night. I have homework to do but if I feel too tired I will go to bed and get up early. I will be glad to get back to work and my usual routine!

This was a travel day. We spent about 6 hours in the car.
B - one bite of a BLT - it was on white bread and I could tell from that one bite that it was not going to be a pleasant site if I tried to eat it.
L - About 1/3 of a Wendy's burger (with the bun! I don't know why I do this to myself) and about 1/3 of a cup of Wendy's chili
D - 2 - 3 oz of steak, 2 bites of squash, 2 bites of pinto beans, two slices of tomatoe
I also had about 1 Large handful of sugar-coated, roasted almonds that we got at the fesitable over the weekend and several graham crackers. I'm glad it's over and I can get back into my routine....

I missed posting last night b/c we were so busy too. I didn't have a great weekend, but at least I worked out, LOL. I think the only thing that saved me on Monday is the fact that I have a terrible head cold and cough so I really don't feel like eating. I'm still feeling terrible today!
