sunday check in....
yes yes...i'm the resident dessert lady! i make something almost every week that's the regular stuff so i can't eat it and send some over to my mom's house, some for hubby, sister and the kids, and i usually pick one neighbor and give them a treat. i rotate between my neighbors each week. they're all spoiled. i love to bake also and it's fun for me to give them a little something.
i LOVE leslie!! i do have quite a few of her videos. i have WATP 1,2,3 mile (these use light weights). WATP express 1,2,3,4 mile(with the stretchie band) the 4 mile doesn't use anything but it's a good one. i have walk the walk 2 miles (it's old but a totally different thing). i know i have more but i can't think of anything right now. tracy (happy camper) told me about the WATP 5 mile...she said it's a really good one. i'm going to get that one next. i've been looking into the 1 mile jog too. it's supposed to be a great one even though it's only 1 mile.

Another badddd day for me... not sure what triggers them.... no pattern that I have noticed... just a bite here or there and here and there over here over there.... aka grazing.
so far so good today...lloll... 2 cups of coffee..... 1 piece of beef jerkey but it doenst taste good this morning so shortly I will find something else...

Bad day, we were at my son's house for the weekend. I was totally out of my controlled environment!
B - BLT on wheat
L - One pack of peanut butter crackers and about 6 almonds
D - BBQ chicken, pasta salad, I just flat out grazed from mid afternoon till about 8:00 (spinach dip in a bread bowl, cheese ball w/Wheat Thins, potato chips), and one bottle of wine.
Actually, when I think about it, I *only* had about 2 Wheat Thins with the cheese, about 3 swipes at the spinach dip, and just one potato chip because they make me so sick! Maybe it wasn't so Very Bad after all.
