Stop thinking about it. Stop feeling about it. Stop analyzing it.
Just do it.
Tek has a point here....we think about things too much before we react. In the case of weight management there is no thinking time. You have to react. You already know how to do it.....so why analyze what you already know how to do.
I have made up my mind the end of this week....I will be back to doing it again! I needed a mental vacation from everything including my eating! But I see ignoring things such as this makes it harder to lose. So I hope that I don't ever have to do this again. Stress sucks!
