saturday check in....
well just a quick check in tonight and i'm outta here. i'll check back later or tomorrow to see how everyone did....I HAD A HORRIBLE FOOD DAY!!

L-ham & cheese sandwich on regular rye bread (bad bad me) w/side salad (lt. ranch) at the brewery downtown
S-had about 5 sf chocolates from a candy store. we went downtown and walked around today and hit all these neat little antique stores and candy stores, etc...not good!! they were ohhhh soooo yummy though..different flavored truffles...yummy. oh then we went to sam's club and i had a couple bugles and a chip w/guacamole. i'm on a roll!! a fat roll....
D-not sure...i'm thinking omelet or chicken quesadilla....haven't decided yet...not to hungry...but in a hurry to get outta here.
maybe a snack later depending on the blood sugar level....
i did do a lot of walking around today so that makes up for the bad food right?? yeah right!! so how'd everyone else do? better than i did i hope!!

Today was baaaaaaddddd... ughhh....

MS - nsa pb on a slice of ww bread
L - salad wirh turkey, cheese, cukes and egg
I know, you're thinking, okay, that's not so bad... huh...
AS - sliver of sf banana bread - new recipe, just made it, of course I had to sample it
D - 1.5 cups homemade chili with beef and italian sausage, 2, count them TWO pieces of sf cornbread with butter
NS - a chunk of the sf banana bread... it was so freaking good... omg... I'm having a full blown carb attack
NS#2 - a blue bunny sf ice cream cone...
Yeah, like sf means 0 calories, right?
Well, tomorrow's a new day.

D- leftovers from dinner out last night chicken breast and sugar snap peas w mushrooms
Only half of my vitamins and not all my water and it is a little late now to fini**** I left the house this morning thinking it would be a quick trip to the farmers market, I wanted some grilled chicken and salad which is always there of course it was not there today! That is how I ended up at Borders, hungry and picked the best thing I saw but you know how it goes from there the rest of the day just went down hill from there.
Went on a hike with my daughter and walked the mall with my sister, bad day of not planning ahead, tomorrow will be better,

Hi all. I have not posted in ages, but I can see that the "slippery slope" is going to bite me if I do not become more accountable. Today was a really bad day, but tomorrow is a new start.

I took all my vitamins, but not nearly enough water. I start back on my exercise program next week after a month off. I really need to get back on track.

Hi everyone,
Try not to be so hard on yourself because we all have the demons we have to fight one way or another. If the weird truth be told, if I have a stressfull day I retain 3-5 pounds of water overnight, and it takes me days to take it off. Let's face it we can't controll stress any less then we can controll food being all around. Also I don't exercise nearly as much as I should. So my only option is to eat very little, to maintain any weight loss. I work hard on it all just like we all do. I'm so glad we have eachother.
B=1 hard egg w/one half teaspoon mayo

D=salmon
salad w/ gorganzola chees
S=1 orange
1 sf jello
Had extended family over, out to lunch and dinner, pizza, fried foods, etc. all around had enough controll thru the grace of GOD, but still put my stress weight on. As I said we all have our demons. Let's all try to relax and as they say tomorrow is a new day.

It was a carb day for me. I had to sit with my friend yesterday afternoon and last night who was in a really bad car accident several weeks ago and is still in a hospital bed in her home. He husband has been really stressed out. He was in need of a night out so I had my hubby take him out and I stayed and nursed her. The church has been bringing their meals every day for the last 6 weeks or so. You know how good the church ladies can cook. LOL.
B 2 egg cheese omelet
S sf oatmeal yogart cream pie (Mrs. Freshley's)
L peanut butter sandwich on low carb bread
S 3 of my sf oatmeal chocolate chip cookies (not all at once but over course of afternoon)
D 1/2 grilled hamburger (wheat bun), 1 tbs baked beans, 1 tbs fruit salad, a few chips
S sf blueberry cream cheese dessert, 2 bites lemon cake
As bad as it seems I did, I did turn down cupcakes, pisstaccio (sp) pudding, pound cake, real choc chip cookies, and tons of other stuff brought over by the church. And I did walk 3 miles on WATP with Leslie. The scales were actually down this morning. Isn't that weird how that happens sometimes.

Day late, but thought I would post to get some accountability... I am obsessed with grapes right now. That isn't so bad is it? Though, too much of anything is bad (except coffee..IMHO!)

Not toooooooooooooo horrendous for me.... also have stopped the bc pills as I am bleeding more ON them than OFF so Ive dropped a couple of pounds from that.
B: whole grain eng muffin/ can bacon/cheese (GOTTA find something new)

Total food intake was smallish... carbs too high but all in moderation... MUST try harder to up my protein.... and water...
feel a bit dehydrated today.. so will up that...
heck I could go stand outside in the rain with my mouth open today...lol
