It's Saturday and...
.... I am looking to start posting on the check in's. I need the accountablity. I had a bagel w. cream cheese and sf jam and coffee for breakfast. a piece of fish for lunch and a hamburger patty w. swiss cheese for dinner. I need to give up the bagels altogether. I'll have a sf ice cream bar for dessert and finish up my water for the day before bed.

I hear ya ! I had a bagel-a-day habit for a long time. I recently got it down to 2 times per week. I don't eat any other breads. I just love bagels. Unfortunately, they aren't really helping my weight loss. I eat a 12 grain or everything bagel, toasted with swiss cheese, about twice a week. I used to be addicted to the flaxseed bagels, but then they became hard to find. I don't do butter, margarine or cream cheese.
Today, I had a toasted everything (poppy & sesame seeds) bagel with swiss cheese for breakfast and a Zone Protein bar for lunch.
My weakness is also coffee. Especially on the weekends, I tend to drink too much caffiene and then I forget to increase my water to offset the affects of the caffiene. I guess that's one of the reasons that I lose slow. I only lose 1-4 pounds per month. If I could give up coffee and bagels, I might reach my goal sooner. LOL
