Wednesday check in...
B - Scrambled egg with whole grain tortilla - make a wrap
L - 8 oz Non fat Blueberry Yogurt, Whole wheat beagle - dry toasted
D - 3 - 4 oz pork chop, 1/3 c spaghetti squash, 1/3 c okra, tomato, squash, onion blend, and about 1 oz of fresh blueberries.
Did 1 hour of Body Flow (a Palaties, yoga kinda class) and then 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Hi Steph, checking late but I need to post, yesterday wasn't good for me....no planning just really blows my day away. Work is busy now, we are moving our company headquaters this weekend, so I'll probably not be on line again til Tuesday or Wednesday, this will be the challenge to be honest with myself, posting my meals have helped me tremendously, along with using fitday again, I'd gotten out of that habit. Seeing is believing.
Breakfast: AchievOne coffee
Snack: peanut butter crackers
Lunch: Salad w/ranch dressing, 1 fried chicken strip (yikes)
Snack: Kashi Bar
Snack: Banana and bite of pineapple cake (yikes again)
Dinner: chicken gumbo w/2 tsp rice and 2 bites of potato salad
Lots of carbs, lots of fat and not enough protein. Today will be better though, I've planned my meals out til dinner (which will probably be leftover gumbo, my husband cooked enough to feed an army).

hey miss dana...i hear ya...planning is the key for me too. i actually plan my dinners for a whole week. i have to do that! i got out of the habit of doing fitday too and i'm glad to be back doing it again..it really keeps me in check! and don't be down on yourself for that one day just pick up and start over today. you're so little i'm sure you can get away with a bad day!! don't work to hard!! i'll talk to you soon!!
yest was a better day for me.... Old friends are FUN... I tracked down a couple of them myself and its a blast to catch up on old times.

L SB ceasar chicken wrap + 1/2 of jello
S SB protein bar
D: Beef jerkey, 1 oz of pork, 1 TB of rice- nothing was good...
S. 3 blueberries....
better day overall... a bit light on the protein side... gotta work on that.

so karen..sounds like a pretty good day to me!! i noticed that you do the whole grain english muffin. where do you get those and what brand are they? i'm assuming they're good since you eat them often but i'm always looking for different things to try. i actually prefer to have breakfast foods at night for dinner. i seem to run low blood sugar all day if i don't start my day with my protein bar and banana...isn't that silly?!?
