well sometimes when your tummy isn't cooperating you just have to take the day and kinda chill out. i know i probably should have done that today too...my belly has been talking to me all night and i'm exhausted. i know part of it is the time of the month but i'm hoping once it starts i'll get my energy back and i won't feel like such a bloated pig

It is so exciting getting to see old friends. I saw my best friend from high school back in June. She was my best friend all through elementary and high school. We have kept in touch but with the distance between us it had been a long time since seeing each other and really getting to visit. I enjoyed it so much. B Low carb ham, egg, cheese wrap S low sugar granola bar L grilled chicken salad with ranch S Kashi Bar D 1/2 grilled chicken sandwich on multigrain wheat roll S 1/2 banana with 1.5 tbs peanut butter I did have a bite of Catherine's apple pie after dinner. But even with that my calories still come in at around 1400 to 1500. No exercise today. I go to church right after work and don't get home until a little after 8:00. So Wed. is a day off. I did move a good bit at work today, though. Today was one of those days I had to keep going upstairs to get printouts and info from people for month end. Watching the carbs for me has been great. Coming on here every night with our little group helps me to say no to stuff too. I know I have to fess up to you guys. And ya'll will hold me accountable and won't go easy on me LOL. My skinniest jeans are a little snug no longer. Yeah!! Go me!! Melissa 277/135

wow great day melissa!! i know i have felt a lot better without all those extra carbs. although this week i can barely tell...pms is a *****! when i was really big i never could tell when i was bloated and now it's like whoa...big puffy belly. i don't like that but at least i know it's probably from that and not the carbs now. i'm feeling almost human again. just need to keep my walk routine going and walk these 10 pounds off. i'm anxious to see if i've actually dropped any weight once i get past the pms crap! i'm keeping my fingers crossed!! oh and great job on fitting in the skinny jeans!! woo hoo!! you go girlie!!

B- scrambled eggs with cheese S-string cheese L- Baja bowl(refried beans, chicken, cheese and salsa D- Chicken fajitas, few refried beans, 5 tortilla chips w/salasa S- kids cone from DQ ( bad choice), my daughter didn't need one either, we should of just went home after dinner out, she didn't ask I offered. It was actually a bribe to get out of the Goodwill, we always go in after dinner and look and I di not want to get her a stupid .99 cent stuufed animal. I was not even craving anything, just a stupid choice. I did 30 minutes of my WW aerobics DVD with my six year old and was out and about all day. I will do better tomorrow.

not bad!! hey look at it this way...it was not a good choice to have the kids cone from dq but it could be worse right...it could have been a large one dipped in chocolate or worse...a sundae or blizzard....so don't be so hard on yourself...tomorrow is another day!!

Have a cold so i've been resting and hanging low. I've always tended to retain ALOT of water. I just can't believe it, since cutting out carbs I have lost 10 pounds of water weight in 4 days. I knew it was water retention because the pounds came on sooo fast. Regarddless it was scary. I went from 137 down to 127, 125 being my goal weight. It's like the carbs just grab the water like a sponge. checking in sure has helped..... B=1 hard egg w/half teaspoon mayo L=salmon w/ few slices cucumber and tomatoe D=steak, zucchini S=1 orange and 1 sugar free jello going out thursday night for dinner. Knowing i have to check in will be a big help in staying on track. Wish me luck...... I don't want to blow it now, I can't believe I got this far, back on track. Everyon'es been doing great, and has sure been an inspiration Linda L.
