tuesday check in
well today was a good carb day but i felt kinda yuck all day...i'm having a bad blood sugar day...it keeps falling too low. i was doing a walk this afternoon and felt bad so i checked my blood sugar and it was 50 then just a little while ago i was at the post office and felt kinda dizzy so i checked it and it was back down to 54. i swear...i hate days like this.

how'd you all do? i'm relaxing tonight since i've been so yuck all day so i'll check back late tonight or tomorrow to see how you all did. oh and did i mention it's COLD and rainy here...i've been in long sleeves all day!! crazy weather!!
I had to work late tonight so some of my later choices maybe not the best but overall not too bad.

Forgot my morning vitamins, not sure I got all my water and no exercise, not a great day but tomorrow will be better.

Hi Steph, you today is better for you. Yesterday was a good day both energy wise and food wise, this morning I'm feeling exhausted again, not sure why but I sure wi**** would go away, lol.
