monday check in...

Yesterday was a good day until the evening and I fell face first into, not one, but two peanutbutter sandwiches (yes, you guessed it... white bread)! I was making my daughter's lunch and the demon bit me. If only I didn't have to have this stuff in the house! Then the dam burst. I went to Sam's club and had a polish dog in a bun! I ate over 2200 calories yesterday. My goal is 1300! I start my spinning class today. I think I need my head examined. We'll see how it goes. I start a fresh today. Monday's awful intake: B - Tilapia & Applesauce S - AchievOne L - Tuna, Lettuce, Italian Dressing S - Chips Ahoy Lite 100 Calorie Cookies D - Two Peanutbutter Sandwiches S - AchievOne, Sugar free popsicles S - Polish dog in Bun Nutrition: 2293 Calories 128 Fat 118 Carb 122 Protein Denise

Geez Steph you did enuff exercise for all of us...lol... GREAT JOB Yest...hmmm Coffee with sf french vanilla creamer B: whole grain eng muffin w/ cheese/canadian bacon S South beach protein bar L bean salad with some chicken S ummm several handfuls of kettle corn S2 another protein bar D: pork chop with brocolli beef jerky, something else i cant remember..... ahhh well tomorrow is a new day. Good day for me. I cut out all the Protein Bars and Protein Shakes and lost 4 pounds from yesterday. It's back to the very basics. B=1 boiled egg, 1string cheese L=no lunch had extensive dental work D=swordfish,small salad S=2 sf fudgsicles It's NO MORE CARBS for me. Everyone really pointed me in the right direction. Linda L.

You better check the carbs in those sf fudgsicles. The ones I eat have 20 grms of carbs. Not that you had a lot of carbs, but since you said NO MORE CARBS I wondered if you had checked the fudgsicles. If yours don't have carbs let me know the brand so I can switch.

Sorry I didn't get to check in last night, boys had lots of homework, geez why do they give that much to 1st graders???? Yesterday was a bad day for me, too many carbs and I felt it. Prebreakfast: AchievOne Coffee Breakfast: cottage cheese Snack: Kashi bar Lunch: chicken and eggplant Snack: Popcorn - 2 handfuls Dinner: cottage cheese AchievOne coffee Snack: Oh so evil homemade pineapple cake - 2 bites full of real sugar, yes I felt it. Told hubby and the boys last night, if the cake isn't gone today I'm throwing it out. One of our neighbors made it and brought some over. Today will be better, I'm prepared. Dana
