Hi, I had a revision almost a year ago. I haven't lost any wieght in about 6-8 months. I am only looking for support. How do I restart the whole weight loss and is it possible? Will I lose again? I never gained back what I lost but I am not losing either. I am easily able to consume sugar and all other foods. I have no health problems either at this point. I weigh around 250ish and start at the begining about 340ish. I did have a 5th baby after my first surgery 2 and a half years ago. How much could I loose if it is poosible to jump start again. Thanks in advance, Cheryl

My surgeons rules for eating Eat dense protein first (4 oz) (chicken, steak, pork chop, etc. are dense protein) If still hungry eat veggies If still hungry eat fruit No drinking 45 min after a meal because it washes the food through the pouch. Minimum of 30 minutes exercise a day, the more exercise the better. I think you can restart the weight loss if you stick to the rules but it gets harder to lose each month out from surgery. My surgeon stressed how important it was to learn new eating habits during the early months when we aren't hungry. He said those that don't learn new eating habits will regain the weight as they begin to absorb the food better and can eat more. Best of luck for your continued success.
