Sunday check in...a little early
I fell off the wagon somewhat today but was certainly better than I would of been otherwise!
B- Protein bar 21GM protein 220 calories
L- Salad, 1 crab cake and 4 tsp Bailey's Chocolate Mousse
S-Nectarine ( the best nectarine I have had all summer)
D- 2 slices Pap Murphy's Veggie Delite pizza
S-Popcorn
All my liquids and vitamins and walked in the heat for nearly an hour at a fast clip.
I have never had swollen hands or ankles but this afternoon my fingers swelled up nearly double after my walk, they look normal now but feel puffy. I will have to walk in the mornings or later in the afternoon next time.

Well its fess up time.... didnt pay attn to what I ate yest... lets see how it was..
B... coffee with frnch vanilla creamer
B 1/2 later... whole grain eng muffin with cheese and can bacon 10g pro
lunch 3 larg pieces of imitation crab and 2 pieces of beef jerkey
s: dunkin donuts iced coffee and 2 bites of a corn muffin
dinner: pork roast 4oz. 1 TBL mashed pot/ 1 TBL corn
Snack 1 hazelnut cookie
snack#2 south beach protein bar- 140 cal 10 gms protein....
hmmm guess it could have been worse....
