I didn't measure, I just winged it. Peeled, cored and sliced 4 granny smiths. Covered 'em with the juice of one lemon. Sprinkled them with equal parts almond flour and splenda. Probably 1-2 tsp of cinnamon. Put it in a greased pan. Mixed 2 equal parts sliced almonds, oatmeal with 1 part splenda, 1 tsp cinnamon and a few tablespoons of melted butter. Baked it for about 40 minutes at 350. Kathy

Outta bed..... 16 ounces water with a little oj and liquid calcuim coffee coffee and more coffee breakfast EAS protein Shake snack 1 SF popsickle Lunch AcheivOne Snack 2 chocolate covered cherries from the health food store (100 calories) Dinner 2/3 chicken breast (shake and bake extra crispy) 3/4 cup home made potato salad thick slice of a beefsteak mater with a dash of Italian dressing (didn't eat it all) So far.....thats it. I always want to kick myself after eating to the edge of the envelope...instead of stopping when I'm full...I keep going until I CAN'T keep going. Old habits never die. But sometimes its just so good.....I can't quit. Don't think to quit. Don't want to quit. Luckily I can't eat that much. I measure things like the potato salad so I have an idea about how much I've eaten.....sigh. Life is still good.... Hugs Charlie
