Sunday check in...a little early
well i'm checking in early today cuz we're having company over tonight and i won't be on later but i'll check back tomorrow to see how everyone did today. i hope everyone is having a great day!!
not too bad for me today....i actually exercised some today which sunday is usually my day of rest but i was motivated today....

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, I go see a Plastic Surgeon for a consult tomorrow about a TT. Hope I am feeling up to it. (Of course I would probably drag my dead limp body to get this saggy stomach taken care of)

I didn't measure, I just winged it.
Peeled, cored and sliced 4 granny smiths. Covered 'em with the juice of one lemon. Sprinkled them with equal parts almond flour and splenda. Probably 1-2 tsp of cinnamon. Put it in a greased pan. Mixed 2 equal parts sliced almonds, oatmeal with 1 part splenda, 1 tsp cinnamon and a few tablespoons of melted butter. Baked it for about 40 minutes at 350.

So far.....thats it. I always want to kick myself after eating to the edge of the envelope...instead of stopping when I'm full...I keep going until I CAN'T keep going. Old habits never die. But sometimes its just so good.....I can't quit. Don't think to quit. Don't want to quit. Luckily I can't eat that much. I measure things like the potato salad so I have an idea about how much I've eaten.....sigh.
Life is still good....
