I'm not a Lurker Anymore.....

Hi...I'm Dee from Florida. I have been a LURKER on this site since Sept - 2005. I had RNY- on Dec 20, 2005 in Gainesville, FL by Dr. Hipp. I have done exceptionally well and I have lost 108 pounds. I feel GREAT. I am a 45 yrs old, Married to my best friend. We have three (3) children and a dog. I feel like I already know all of you. I am really enjoying the daily check in to be held accountable. I will be posting on that daily (Now that I know how) I believe that is going to be the key in keeping this long term. Thanks to everyone for all the support in this site. It has been a life safer.

Hi Darlene, We are so glad you are a lurker no more! Everyone here is open and honest and we still like each other anyway. As you can see we post every evening and share what we have eaten and ask for any help we may need. Can't wait to "see ya there" Again Welcome Hugs, Sharon

Hi Dee, i just joined the site yesterday fom being in hiding also since June 2005 when i had my RNY in Ct. I am 55 and my husband and I have six adult children between us. I also have done very well, just trying to loose that last 8 pounds. Watching the carbs with everyone has started to be a great motivater for me. One more meal to get through today. Eating out Italian tonight. Hope I can stay away from the ravioli, its been my down fall lately. check in with you all later tonight. have a good day. Linda L.
