Steph...the Kettle Korn is great. Its a rare treat....I had a good time at the festival. But I was soooo thirsty when I got home. I don't drink with meals...and they only had sugar loaded drinks and beer at the festival. We even left a little early so I could come home and get something to drink. I did have the power crunch with my coffee....it was good. I don't have trouble with the Power Crunch...but when I have that stuff in the house....I tend to get really lazy. Have protein shakes and bars for meals instead of real food. So I have to watch it. But they do help me keep my protein grams up when I'm not eating much. I do have trouble with bread. Good fresh hot bread. Its a killer for me. When I went to Boston, Lynda and Joann and we went to Joe's at the Harbor....they brought the best fresh bread I've ever tasted. It was soooooo good. I have the same trouble here at Stonewood's. They bring fresh warm sourdough with a small tub of soft butter. I make Doug tell them not to bring the bread....I just can't bring myself to do it. I know its trouble for me....so I have to be really concious of how much I eat. Well, I gotta get to bed.....its 1am and I'm tired.....night. Hugs Charlie

sounds like you had a good eating day!! great job! i had an omelet yesterday too but for dinner...didn't really feel like cooking a huge meal last night. saturday used to be the one night i didn't have to cook dinner...hubby would take me out for dinner or he'd get fast food and i'd just eat whatever here. but now that he has lost his good job and works at a crappy job that pays about HALF what the other job paid...i have to cook all 7 nights cuz it's cheaper..blah blah blah..sorry had to vent a little. i'm having one of those tired of having to be a maid/chef kind of days.
