Saturday check-in
I had a Saturday of shopping too. It is always a hard day for me.
I got up really early and cleaned house and did some exercise. So maybe the damge won't be too bad. LOL.
B mini wheats with lactaid
S 2 sf cookies
L 1 pc string cheese wrapped in pastrami deli meat
S 1 sf cookie and 1/2 original pretzel no butter
D 1 slice thin pizza, 1/2 breadstick with marinara, and 1/4 cup salad with ranch
S bite of my daughter's cinnamon roll
I had more carbs today but when I put everything in I still had between 1400 and 1500 calories which is what I have been eating this week. Oh, well. I will do better on the simple carbs tomorrow. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will I lick this carb addiction in a day.

hey melissa...i think we're doing quite well! we're cutting back and that's a good start right? saturday is the hardest day for me too...that restaurant eating gets me every time...and everything i can't have sounds so good! my mom always says...oh just eat it! coming from the person who has been thin forever!! oh well tomorrow's another day...i'll do better i'm sure. although my mom bought me some kashi wheat puffs cereal. i'm not sure how bad that is...i'll have to look at the label.

1/4 of a house salad (it was a BIG salad)(about 1 Tablespoon ranch dressing)
2/3 of the meat and cheese out of half a philly cheese steak sub (no bread...yayyy me)
(ok...one bite)
1 small bag of kettle corn while walking the festival (thats why no bread.....)
Snack at home
2 SF popsickles
Now thinking for a cuppa coffee (decaf) and a Power Crunch bar
Haven't had the PC bar yet....but I know I haven't had enough protein today....so I probably will...

Had a few wheat thins today too~they are evil!!!!!! No work out today, but had a very active day outside. Got in 100oz of water. Hopefully the scale will be kind tomorrow morning!
