Saturday check-in
Well today was shopping day with mom so no work out for me today...had an ok day but i messed up at lunch...we went to Chevy's Mexican...you know what that means..chips and salsa. i did eat some....10 to be exact DARN IT!! Saturday is always the worst day for me cuz we're running all day and always eat lunch out...

D-no sure yet...i'm thinking an omelet but i'm not really hungry now...so who knows.

hey sharon...good job to you!! well you know what really stopped me on the chips...knowing i was going to have to fess up tonight. i told my mom about how we've been doing this post and she said she thought it was such a good idea! i agree!! it's working quite well for me. i was so excited cuz the scale went down a few pounds this week but this morning it was wayyyyy up....pms bloating big time! i hate it. and of course my mom wanted to go clothes shopping and everything fit terribly but i got some stuff and i'm hoping they'll look better in the fall when i'll actually be wearing them.
Steph, not to bad, the chips were kept to a minimum, remember control, which you did.
Let's see:
prebreakfast: decaf coffee w/splenda and non-dairy creamer
Breakfast: AchievOne coffee
Snack: baby bel cheese
Lunch: AchievOne Coffee
Snack: 4 Bing cherries
Dinner: 1 1/2 oz roasted chicken breast, approx 1/4 cup eggplant w/tomatoe sauce, onions and cheese
Snack: 2 strawberries, 1 slice pineapple, 2 tsp cream cheese and cool whip dip
Not too bad, I'm craving fruit lately which is very odd for me. My protein is low might add a shake before bed but more than likely won't worry about it today. My boys are at my brothers house tonight so I'm alone and about ready to go to bed and read a good book.

hey miss dana....i swear i look at what you eat and wonder how you do it. i'd be so hungry! i can definitely tell i can eat more now but i try not to let myself. i've been on a fruit kick lately too! it's so yummy...today was dried fruit though. i was on a mission to find some and i finally got to a store that sold it and boy was it good! you're always so good with your diet...i thought i'd be able to keep up with mine but i'm working on getting back where i need to be...
see i can handle the sweet stuff that kevin has here because the sugar makes me dump and i haven't bought myself any sf cookies or anything. i keep seeing this one kind that i love at the store but i keep saying...no no no...i can't take you home!! we were at sam's club store yesterday and they had soft pretzels and i wanted one so bad!! those are a big temptation for me with the cheese on them...oh man. i did have a chocolate craving yesterday so i let myself get a little sf dark chocolate bar and had some of that. i forgot how much i like dark chocolate. it really hit the spot though...i was good for the rest of the day. i started having cravings last night so i ate some jello with pineapple in it. that worked too...that's a better choice so i guess i should keep jello on hand all the time.
Lets see if i can even remember!! No work out for me today unless you count cutting the very tall grass with a push mower!! haha I DO!!

130~ 1/2 a turkey sandwich on whole grain with lite mayo
430~slice of cheese pizza thin crust, BAD ME( slap hands)

gir,l my arms and shoulder are sore and you know how much time i spend in the gym pumping iron, so yhea i think its definitely a workout , expecilly when your back yard is knee high in thick grass, its rained everyday for weeks now, i havent been able to find a dry minute to cut the stuff!! I ate the pizza outta lazyness i had intentions of baking chicken and making a big salad, but kids said "pizza?" i said" SURE why not, its saturday!"haha
