well i'm doing this earlier than normal because we've got plans tonight but i wanted to make sure to get the post done. i won't be able to answer everyone tonight but i'll check back tomorrow to see how everyone else did today! i hope you all had a good day... here's how my day went.... B-protein bar banana w/peanut butter S-yogurt L-cottage cheese w/jello & pineapple 1 oz. mozzarella S-pineapple D-pizza made with lots of veggies and a low carb tortilla crust pistacchio pudding did 7 miles of walk away the pounds today and a little bit of arm work with the free weights. hubby was off today so we were running errands and no time for chicometrics today...i'm gonna try for some stomach crunches before bed. HOW'D YOU DO TODAY???

Well hello Mizz Steph, Looks like you had a good day, must of been in the mood for pineapple? lol I haven't felt very good tody, but I hope to at least get a bike ride in later when it cools off here. B-2 blt's (lettuce, bacon, and tomatoe-no bread just rolled up in the lettuce) L-1 tostada and a handfull of chips S-cheese D-Bowl of Lima beans S-? The lunch was a planned carb, my husband and I go out for Mexican the day he goes back on nights after being off for 7 days. I hope everyone has a wonderful friday night, I plan on chillin with the kidos tonight. Tomorrow will be better for me, things will be back on track... Have a great night, Sharon

Hi Stephanie. OK, here's my day: large cup of coffee with hazelnut-flavored creamer. B - Cappucino AchievOne drink - 20 g protein L - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 13 g protein with tomato & cucumber salad - balsamic vinegar D - 1/4 cup egg beaters with one slice FF cheddar cheese , 1 slice canadian bacon, roasted onions and 2 slice whole wheat weigh****cher bread - 22 g protein Lots of water with crystal light. Vitamins. 30 minutes of exercise on the Tony Little Gazelle Rider. Lots of walking at work too. Lucy

Hi Steph, not feeling very well today, gosh I've been so tired. After getting sick last week, I can't seem to get my energy level back up. Decaf International Swiss Mocha Coffee Breakfast: 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/Splenda Snack: AchievOne Coffee Lunch: chili (no beans) Snack: 2 Light Baby Bel Cheese Dinner: 2 oz chicken breast roasted, 4 brussel sprouts Snack: May another AchievOne to increase my protein intake I find the more protein I eat the better I feel. I was doing 2-3 protein shakes a day for a while and felt much better. Kinda got burned out on them, I need to add them back and see if it helps me feel better. Have fun tonight! Dana

Hi Stephanie, I am back home and I have jumped on the band wagon. I have done pretty good today *I think, I know I need to drink more water...excuse..LOL Been busy *wink* 2 cups of coffee w/splenda and s/f coffee mate B- Protein Bar 16 ozs. water L- Turkey Salami and cheese 16 ozs. water S-Protein shake D-tuna w/mayo and eggs and pickles S-? I have been packing all day to move, lifting boxes ect. so I think I got in enough exercise.

UGGGGGGGGG ive had a bad day!!!! 630~2 cups of coffee with cream, granola energy bar 730~diet rock star 800-900 body sculpt calss 900-1000 all over workout with pt 1200~ baked chicken breast 200~1 stalk celery with peanut butter 300~1 cheese stick with ham wraped around it and nuked for a few seconds 400~half a apple 500~couple bite of Ellas grill cheese, one bite of Liv's grill cheese 900~cheese stick with ham (again) no time to get on the treadmill today, too busy trying to find what to eat next!!haha I done pretty good all week (except for those Doritos yesterday) then today i had a little stress going on so i graze!! DAWN~~

Hello! I did pretty good today I think and ate out twice. B- EAS protein Bar 220 cal. 21 GM protein L- Baja Bowl from Taco Del Mar, no rice or chips just beans, meat ,cheese and salsa I have no idea how many calories or protein S-cheese, 1 apple wedge, 3 grapes D-Mixed meat and Veggies we ate at one of those mongolian frill places, it was very good S Probably popcorn Took all my vitamins and drank all my water, was poor on exercise only walked 1 mile with my 6 year old daughter again. I am going to the gym in the am as soon as I get up. My cravings have been under control today, Yeah! Hope everyone has a great weekend.:wave:

Well, here goes. B 1.5 egg scrambled topped with one slice cheese and two slices bacon S 3/4 apple L 1/2 c chicken sald made with lite mayo, two tomato slices, 1 slice cheese S Kashi bar D chicken and a couple waffle fries (I know, I know) S sf strawberry smoothie (made with fresh strawberries, so good) I hope to get back to my regular exercise plan this next week. Work was really busy this week with the audit and all. I did climb up and down the stairs at work on breaks. Then that one day was in the got warehouse auditing inventory against the accounting records. That was a good bit of exercise. I walked at the mall. I have gotten movement in wherever I could squeeze it in. But this week it is back to my workout plans. The scales did drop 3 pounds this week even with it being my bloated week. So, just substantially decreasing my carbs helped me alot. That is incentive to keep that up. Melissa

Had a weird day, LOL! Didn't get to post this last night so here goes~~ B~NSA CIB S~s/f homemade banana muffin (YUM) L~cottage cheese with a piece of thin crust pizza S~banana w/pb D~chili w/ cheese S~fiber one cereal and as an added bonus I had a 2nd banana muffin~urgh! so not a great day, but not a total bust either. I got in 90oz of water and did 5miles. Have a great weekend everyone! Tracy B
