thursday -- carb control check in
It was a one day audit trip thank goodness. Lots of stair climbing and no air in the warehouse. It was 100 degrees there yesterday. I got home after 8 last night.
It was a long while before I could eat bacon or beef. I was probably a year out before I tolerated hamburger very well. I just try stuff at home the first time to see what tummy will do. I dump on sugar as well. And occasionally on things that are too greasy.

45 minutes aerobics in AM. Walked 30 min lunch time.
Tonight will be the test since I'm going out to dinner with friends. I find I keep everything in control much better when I prepare the food. However we do plan a long walk on the beach after dinner so hopefully that will offset the few extra bites I eat at dinner.
I need to join in on this carb check each day also. I did pretty well yesterday except for a couple of cookies last night. I work a full time job in an office and also a part time job in the evenings at a cafe'. That is where most of the trouble comes in. Constantly being around food that you can have anytime. I have GOT to control myself when I am there.
B- 1 egg scrambled in Pam spray, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 piece of whole wheat toast.
S- South Beach Cereal Bar
L- 1/2 of a turkey and swiss cheese wrap (low carb whole wheat wrap)
S- South Beach Cereal Bar
D- 3 oz. of Grilled chicken, a couple bites of green beans, and a couple bites of cream potatoes.
S- 2 peanut butter cookies made at the cafe'
Will try to do better this weekend.
