thursday -- carb control check in
the baseball game sounds like fun and YUM banana pancakes!! i love those!! that was one of my biggest problems here lately. banana nut bread or banana nut pancakes...they are so tasty with a bit of peanut butter and sf syrup...oh man i better not think about them...luckily i threw all that baking stuff out.
Stephanie....thats the key. Throw it all out. I can't bring potato chips in the house...no matter how hard I try....I can't stay out of them. About once a month we have subs for dinner....I plan for that too....I sit on the floor and watch a ball game and eat my sub and chips....I leave the bag under the coffee table in front of DOUG...so by the next day...only crumbs are left.....then I'm safe. Its when its buy one get one free that we run into trouble. I've called Publix next door to see if the Lays chips are buy one get one free before I go for subs.....I'm that bad.
I love my banana pancakes....but only have them once every few months....they stick to my stick my azz like I pasted them on...so I have to plan plan plan for them.
Hugs
Charlie

awesome job...what kind of protein bars do you eat? i'm always looking for good ones to try. i actually found some at a store called big lots this weekend and they were 30 cents a bar. they were chocolate raspberry ketoslim bars. they were pretty good...like a strive bar.
you know...i had a friend that lost tons of weight just by taking the stairs, parking further away, and just walking whenever she could instead of taking elevators, etc. so good job on the extra steps at the train stations!!
Hello! I have enjoyed the carb control posts and have joined in as of yesterday! I am almost two years out and still 25-30 pounds from goal. I have only lost 15 pounds the last 12 months, but better than gaining!I was really backsliding the last month and my size 14's were not loose anymore so I knew what needed to be done, back off the carbs and increase my exercise.

great job today melissa! i haven't tried to eat bacon yet...or any kind of pork for that matter. except deli ham. i need to try some other things i'm just scared because the one time i did try hamburger, i sat like a rock in my stomach...maybe it was just too soon for me. i don't seem to dump on much but regular sugar makes me dump and i dumped once on something fried. i'll just have to try stuff at home and see how i do. i hope you don't have to be in the warehouse heat again today!!
